Work with Asia

  • Therapy

Healing begins when we choose to gently turn toward ourselves.

In our work together, I support you to reconnect with your inner compass and recognize patterns so you can navigate life with greater clarity and alignment. Through compassionate, insight-oriented therapy, we explore the patterns, triggers, and relational dynamics that shape your experience—so you can begin to live with more clarity, alignment, and emotional freedom.

I work with adults seeking a deeper connection to themselves and their lives. My approach integrates holistic, spiritual, and somatic modalities, weaving in energy-based practices to support the fullness of your being—mind, body, and spirit.

  • Couples Therapy

Your relationship is a living system — one that longs to be seen, heard, and tended.
In couples therapy, I help you and your partner slow down, tune in, and reconnect. Together, we explore patterns of disconnection and cycles of conflict with curiosity and care, uncovering the deeper needs and emotions underneath.

My approach is integrative and holistic, supporting both partners in feeling safe, understood, and empowered. I draw on somatic, relational, and systemic tools — along with intuitive and energetic practices — to help you co-create a relationship that feels more aligned, open, and alive.

  • Parent and Family coaching

The ideal choice if you want to create a calmer home with fewer outbursts and more connection with your children.

I help your family communicate to create a home environment that supports, nurtures, and promotes connection and independence.

  • Professional Development

Meaningful Professional Development for early childhood, elementary educators and companies.

Through the lens of mindfulness, I teach skills in self-awareness, communication, behavior strategies and creating a healthy culture.

  • Walking Therapy

Some healing needs open air and steady steps.

Walking therapy gives us a chance to move through whatever you’re holding — literally and emotionally. Whether we’re out in the woods or walking city streets, the movement can help you breathe a little deeper, feel a little clearer, and get out of your head.

Being outside often helps people feel more grounded and open. We walk, we talk, and we listen — to what’s happening inside you and around you. It’s a different kind of space, one that invites reflection, release, and reconnection.

Therapy

Improve your relationship to self and other

In Therapy, We Might...
  • Rediscover your motivation and reconnect with what truly matters to you
  • Explore the beliefs, stories, and survival strategies that shaped you — and gently loosen what no longer serves
  • Receive attuned, compassionate support with space for both challenge and tenderness
  • Work with somatic and energetic tools to regulate your nervous system and deepen self-trust
  • Tend to the wounds that ask for healing — at your pace, in your time
  • Notice and shift the patterns that repeat in your life and relationships
  • Understand how your past shows up in the present — and begin to write something new
  • Integrate spiritual insight and embodied wisdom, allowing healing to move through every layer of your being
  • Draw from the practices and medicine I’ve trusted in my own healing — grounded, sacred, and real

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Through a mindfulness-based approach, I offer training in self-awareness, communication, behavior strategies and creating positive work/classroom cultures.

Participants will:

  • Gain confidence as they acquire skills and strategies to succeed in the classroom or workplace

  • Improve communication and teamwork

  • Benefit from a positive work/classroom culture that encourages growth and development

Here is what participants are saying:

“I gained so much awareness about my own habits and I have so many new tools”

“ Participation felt very safe with your energy, I felt like i could ask anything”

“Both veteran teachers as well as new staff were equally involved. I could have asked 1,000 more questions if there was time”

PARENT AND FAMILY COACHING

create a calmer home with fewer outbursts and more connection with your children.

If you continue to parent from exhaustion and just do what your parents did, then you will be replaying patterns and wounding that was imprinted on you and as a result, you will struggle to help your child grow and you will feel overwhelmed.

You don’t have to do it alone.

WALK and Reflect

This untraditional coaching method is perfect for those who want to incorperate being outside and movement into their healing. This approach feels more casual and enables folks who do not feel comfortable in office settings to feel more open.

Through being outside and walking, we will explore how movement can help us feel grounded in our busy lives.

Walks work for me. I enter some arena that is neither conscious or unconscious.

REIKI

During the Reiki session clients may feel waves of subtle energy moving through their body.

At the beginning of each session, the client has an opportunity to discuss any particular problems or issues they are experiencing and ask them what they are hoping to achieve from their session.
